2005-04-21 22:38:50 I loved, LOVED your "know your partner" paragraph of your entry. It just struck home with me...my bf and I are not ever opting for marriage, but at the recent marriage of my cousin, yes, there were several times my bf and I met each other's eyes and something re-assuring passed between us. Also I made him get up (I actually dragged him by the hand, pleading) and dance a slow dance with me, something I'd only done with my dad at family weddings. While we were on the dance floor I let him know how much it meant to me. That silly little thing enriched our bond forever.
