2005-04-30 13:29:24 Ouch! Take care of yourself. You probably pulled something - try 800mg of Advil 3x day for 3 days. If it doesn't get relief, it's probably not muscle so go see your doc. And you can get bone cancer, but you probably don't have it, so don't worry about it. I'm going for some comment domination here! As far as heat or ice is concerned, at this point, do whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Usually, with back/muscular, heat will make you feel better. (The usual recommendation is ice for the first 24-48 hours after the initial injury, then heat. At this stage for you, however, it's "whatever feels best.") add your comment: |
