Dear Allen and Donna:
Please accept this letter as formal notice of my resignation, effective December 27, 2002.
I have enjoyed the time I've spent working with both of you, and have learned much in my position as Administrative Coordinator here at BigHospital. This was not an easy decision, but I feel it is the right one for me at this time.
I am happy to do whatever I can to make the transition of my responsibilities easier for you and the department over the next three weeks.
